To Feel As One Therapy
– Meet Elle

Welcome, I am Elle, a BACP registered Counsellor
& Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT). I am currently
working for the Children and Adolescent Mental Health Services
(CAMHS) in the NHS as a Therapist providing CBT to children
& young people. I offer Counselling face-to-face, walk & talk
or online services; I am passionate about offering a service that
is both adaptable and creative. I believe in taking a holistic
approach to therapy and tailoring my work to suit everyone’s
unique needs.
Whether it’s through creative methods, flexible strategies,
or using specialised adaptations, I aim to provide a safe,
inclusive space where everyone can thrive.
Every person is different, and I am committed to finding the
right tools and techniques to help each person feel heard,
understood, and empowered.

At Feel as One Therapy, I want to offer you a space of safety,
an invitation to be fully seen and heard, free from judgment
or expectation. Here, you can bring your flaws, imperfections,
struggles, and triumphs—each piece of you will be met
with acceptance and compassion.
Every part of your journey is valued.
This space is for you to explore, heal, and grow,
knowing that your emotions, your pain,
and your celebrations are all worthy of being honoured
and understood.

The focus is on getting to know you better and understanding
what’s bringing you to therapy.
I’ll ask a few questions to help me learn more about what you’re
going through and see if my approach feels like a good fit for you.
This session is meant to be a gentle introduction,
not in-depth therapy, giving you a chance to share
your main concerns, ask any questions,
and get a feel for what it might be like to work together.
By the end, we’ll talk about the next steps, whether that’s scheduling
future sessions, or taking some time to decide whether it is for you.
It’s important to note that you can choose how you would like to
have a consultation whether that be a phone call, face-to-face,
video call or walk & talk.
